HANDMADE PLAY MATS AND COT QUILTS


The unique play mats and cot quilts we make and have for sale today are 100% cotton and machine washable. The inner waddings are made from polyester, cotton, wool or a mixture but will be stated in the individual descriptions. They are made in varying styles and designs from quilted panels to delicate embroidery from heirloom stitching to patchwork styles. Many of the quilts are reversible, giving you a choice of two designs to use, please see the individual quilt details. 

As quilts take quite a while to make, please give us a ring if you cannot see anything suitable and we will make one for you in the colour scheme of your choice.  There are many designs in the pipeline which will be made as soon as possible including wall hangings and bed quilts at a later date.

The cost of our quilts vary depending upon the size and complexity of the design but please remember, these quilts are unique, are mostly one off designs using only good quality cotton fabric and suitable threads and are lovingly made for a special person in your life.
 
Whilst a playmat or cot quilt is a very special and personal present, they can be made even more unique by having them personalised with a baby's name, date and time of arrival and weight embroidered/appliqued upon them. What a wonderful keepsake for a baby to grow up with.
